Mixed level class (Beginners class 6-7pm) Classes are an hour long, with a level 3 qualified instructor with 10 yrs experience in Pilates and Yoga. Classes are small so everybody gets the attention they need. With Modifications and adaptions being given throughout so you can tailor the class to you particular needs and fitness level. Perfect if you want to build fitness levels, use in conjunction with training or other sporting activities. Helps to strengthen and mobilise the body. Builds on flexibility and body awareness. Helps with balance and coordination. No mater what your level of fitness, there is something for everyone. For men and women 16+ In each class we will move through a warm up with balance and posture alignment then move onto the mat for the main phase to work every area of the body, progressing through levels so you can work at a resistance that suits you and your fitness level. Finishing with stretches and relaxation to unwind the body and mind. Expect to feel stronger, taller and more relaxed after an hour session of you time.
